Implementation Schedule

We stand by our products and services offered - we are not the "sell-it-and-forget-it" company. With that being said, we implement a series of follow up visits after every new install we complete.

3-5 Days after the initial install, a Lead Technician will perform a follow-up visit in order to check for any discrepancies and compare the system's functions to the date of install.

Then, our Comfort Expert will follow up with a phone call to check in and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Six months and one year after the install, we perform a Preventive Maintenance service in which we will once again, compare the system's operation to the install date, executing our 20-point inspection, as well as cleaning the outdoor unit. At this time, we encourage you to continue the Preventive Maintenance Program so we can help to preserve the unit for years to come.

There are several factors to consider when it becomes time to replace. At Comfort Air, we know how devastating this time can be. 1. HIGHER EFFICIENCY = LOWER BILL

The SEER and HSPF ratings of a system determine how efficient your system will be, and how much your energy bill will be.

The higher the SEER rating, the less expensive your system will be to run. In short, replacing that 20 year old system could possibly save you more each month than the payment would cost on the new system.

The government minimum requirement is a 14 SEER system. We have systems up to 21 SEER!

2. FEWER BREAKDOWNS

A newer system, properly maintained, will likely last years before suffering a breakdown. Plus, you're covered under warranty.

3. WARRANTY

While repairing your system might seem like the cheaper option, band-aiding your system is only a temporary fix. When making a repair, only that part will receive a warranty. A new system comes with a longer, more inclusive warranty, covering the entire system for 10 years when we register your equipment with the manufacturer. We also offer a 10 year labor warranty at an affordable price to avoid these problematic repairs in the future.
