They came out same day. Unfortunately it was not able to be repaired. But they are able to install the new unit in the next couple of days. I was very pleased with their response time. The tech was very professional and explained everything well. He even took pictures of the problem to show me. Will definitely be using them again!

My heat went out tonight. After recommendations to call Comfort Heating & Air, Matt was here in less than 30 min and did a great job getting my heat back on. Friendly, professional, explained everything to me and gave info requested on maintenance plans. So thankful for them!! Highly recommend!!

The guys were on time and easy to work with. Answered questions and quickly returned to work. We had two heat pumps replaced/upgraded as well as the water heater. They completed all of the projects to my satisfaction. We appreciate having system up quickly. Thank you!
My heater was not working properly and Craig of Comfort Air came to troubleshoot and fix. He did a fantastic job and worked hard to make sure that everything is was in working order before leaving. Some of the pricing seemed excessive (fee for using the manufacturer's parts warranty) but the service was wonderful, Craig was very knowledgeable.

We just had a new unit put in and Bernie and Keith were great to work with as always. Service guy Jeremy was professional from start to finish. We appreciate all the hardwork. Recommend Comfort Air always!!

Prompt, professional, knowledgable! My “oopsie” with the weed eater around the unit blew a fuse and Comfort Air was there to diagnose and cure the problem quickly and efficiently while educating me about my system. Both father and son were personable and precise and when I scheduled my appointment they were upfront about pricing and invoicing- no surprises! Highly highly recommend them for your needs! We’re located in the Lake Sinclair area and they even service here!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Matt from Comfort Air showed up to the first service call and listened to everything I had to say (Unlike a compeditor that would not even go into the attic). Matt walked through everything and was knowledgeable in all areas where I was having problems. He made recommendations to fix the issues. Long story short; it is because of Matt's expertise that I hired Comfort Air on the spot to fix the problems with my ductwork. On the day of service, he showed up early and went to work. Thanks Matt. I would highly recommend Comfort Air for your HVAC needs. A ++++
We are very happy with the new HVAC system installed in our home. The technicians were thorough, they worked swiftly and followed up on their installation!
Furthermore, after they removed our old air handler, I was impressed when they took the time to visually show us the issues with our old system i.e. cracked internal pan, rust and other internal problems. They have integrity!
I recommend Comfort Air and Heating for any HVAC issues.

Replaced A/C unit after 16 years of service. Comfort Air was a referral. These guys are AWESOME, Professional, Courteous and Quality Work. Call Bernie Joerger (478) 225-9830 for your next service or preventative maintenance.
They are great. I will definitely be using their services again. We had a new unit installed in a reno house and they did an amazing job. We will be using them for our current home as well from now on. Bernie was very helpful and was able to explain the issues that arose from installation and handled them promptly. If you have any doubts about which company to use, you can't go wrong with them!
