Bernie Joerger - Director of Operations I was born and raised on the streets of Philadelphia with my 3 older brothers and 1 younger sister. My mother was a school teacher, and my father was a mechanic. He would always show us how to do things. I always enjoyed working with my hands, and started out in the HVAC industry working
for my Uncle Tony doing everything from working in the shop bending sheet metal, to running service calls late at night. When I graduated high school, I enlisted into the United States Air Force where I became an aircraft mechanic. I served my country for 4 years, but my heart told me I needed to dedicate my life towards the HVAC industry. I went back to work with Tony for a few more years and made the decision to go out on my own. I purchased my first van, and one customer at a time, I created something small. 9 years later, Comfort Air became an established HVAC contractor in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area. For years, we would visit my oldest brother in Warner Robins GA, where he was stationed. In 2006, my wife had this crazy idea to move to Warner Robins, GA and start a new life for our 3 wonderful children. We continued to run our company in Philadelphia, while at the time, I was getting my license and qualifications to operate in Georgia. In November of 2007, the state of Georgia issued me my license and the rest is history. We eventually sold our company in Philadelphia a few years later and made Warner Robins our home. We have since become an important role in servicing over 5,000 customers in Middle Georgia area and strive to be the best service company there is to know. My family, friends, and most of all my wife, have supported me during this entire journey from the beginning. They have given up so much to be a part of something that is so very important to me. I can honestly say I’m addicted to "Customer Service". I’ve always believed in making one customer at a time. Ever since I started our company over 20 years ago, I always promised myself and this industry that I would provide each customer with integrity, loyalty, and respect. I can’t express how much I love what I do. I’m proud to be a part of this industry.
Jeremy Wilson - Logistics
I recently moved to the Middle Georgia area from Florida after 34 years. I am proud to belong to a military family. I have been in the service/construction industry since 2001. I enjoy spending time with my beautiful best friend and wife, Christina, and my awesome children Mackenzie, Sophia, and Savannah.
George Gianera - Supervisor
I am originally from Wilkesboro, North Carolina. I moved to Warner Robins, GA in 2016 for my future life of being a husband and a father. I have been working for Comfort Air for 3 years and I have been enrolled in the CGTC program for HVAC for 2 years earning my apprenticeship credits. I enjoy sports and outdoor activities. I have a love for writing and a passion for poetry. I love to serve people and take great pride and joy in helping others who are in need. This is my motivation and why I love the industry I work in, because I see people who are in need of help rather than just “another day at the office.”
Tyler Longbine - Installer
Currently finishing up his senior year at high school, Tyler is enrolled in the HVAC course at the Houston County Career Academy, and takes part in a work program that allows him to ride along with our technicians and installers to further his knowledge and experience in the industry.
Dominic Joerger - Installer
I guess you can say I grew up in the HVAC industry. Since I was born, it has always been apart of me. I remember when my father would take me on service calls, and let me work on job sites with him. I'm presently enrolled in the HVAC program at the high school level and will be finishing up my senior and final year at Veterans and HCCA. I intend on completing my certification for HVAC, then attending college for my business degree. I take great pride in my work and my service towards our customers. I hope to someday join my father and his journey towards being the best service company there is to know.
